This paper introduces a pre-quantum intrinsic coherence framework based on the Operational Force Law (OpF), asserting that the true determinant of physical reality is intrinsic coherence, which exists and can be measured independently of photonic interaction. We argue that light-based observation is a secondary phenomenon, merely an artifactual projection of this deeper reality. This framework allows us to explore a regime of superluminal, coherence-first physics. We demonstrate how OpF criteria (Persistence, Synchrony, Integration, and Selection) enable the detection and measurement of emergence in the absence of light. Furthermore, we apply this framework to redefine fundamental cosmic and geophysical phenomena, including the nature of Anti-Gamma Planets (black holes), Dark States Thermodynamics, Cold States Strength, and the dynamics of the Earth's Core. The paper culminates in a Grand Unification Equation that conceptually links thermal, intrinsic coherence, negative gamma, and geophysical dynamics, proposing that these phenomena are governed by the emergent principles of intrinsic coherence.
